i knotices a jackdaw fleet... thats my ship of pref when ratting and dod to lv4 but in hisec... do i like appy to that fleet?

ok so ive gone tru requires reading .. set up both mumble and discord .. done with OV settings.. what do i do next... im clueless i normally do.. should i just undock and rat or do scans (got to buy a ship for that first) ... anoms? help?

hello, just joined and moved in... what do i do now... i only brought an interceptor and thats it.. where can i go buy ships i actually fly for stuff i do i hi sec which is mainly l4 miss ratteing etc.. not very pve person but thats why i joined the horde ... want to learn
