Greetings! New(er) to EVE and looking to get in on the fun!

Heyo, Been playing EVE off and on for a few years and looking to actually do something besides training skills and flying around HighSec solo. Every time I've tried to get into this game it's been kind of a bummer solo, and every time I watch YouTube vids on EVE it seems PL/PH are the ones having all the fun, so I'm hoping to get in on that!
