New to Corp

Hello all, just joined the Corp yesterday, been back for about a month after a 10 year hiatus, and I'm completely lost. Please bear with me as I relearn and probably ask really dumb questions.

Hello. Back from a long vacation. Activated only 7 of my 23 accounts. No more Broadcasting, so I will be changing how I play and what I do. Looking forward to full Forum access. My characters are burning O2 and not making the billions of ISK I need every day. I need 7 Dreads, 7 Carriers, and 2 Super Carriers and a Rorq which I just bought in R10, but need PH recommended fittings for it and my mining ships. I would hate to mess up and be laughed out of the Corp right away.
