Old(ish) member+Apostle Stimulus?

Hello. I was in pandemic horde, but got removed due to inactivity. I was feeling like maybe joining back after reading abr that massive war going on. When I logged on, I got a message that I was accepted to "apostle stimulus?" What is that and how should I go about rejoining the horde, preferably sooner rather than later as everything I own is still parked at the beanstar and id like to avoid getting immediately blown to smithereens lol

Erm, is there anyone who would be able to accept me? I'm currently stuck in the beanstar and there is literally nothing I can do in the game until I'm accepted. I can't leave the beanstar as I'm in my skill clone and I can't jump to a blank clone until accepted, not to mention I can't reenter the beanstar, which has all my assets, until I'm accepted anyways (meaning i'd be stranded in hostile space in my implant skill clone)
