Issues Accessing Skillplans (Newbean)

Either from the website itself or linked in the corp chat in-game, I cannot access your skillplans. I have access to the forums and even post in them as you can see, but skillplans are off limits. I'm either blocked from viewing them, or i don't know. I have access to all the comms and the square account has been set up (this one). Any ideas? Thanks.

Maybe the sync lagged behind but when I check your forum permissions now it looks to be fine? Can you see them now? If not tell me what URL you are trying.
